A new form of sauna

  • For the way Japanese people
    live today

As sauna culture grows in popularity, more people are considering bringing it into their homes.
Yet we often hear concerns: “It needs construction.”
“It doesn’t fit with my interior.” “In a rental, it’s impossible.”

Most sauna cabins now entering Japan are built to overseas standards, making them difficult to adapt to Japanese spaces and lifestyles.

Eine is our answer — a sauna designed for Japanese homes,
born from our constant work with spaces, bathing, and the culture of sauna itself.

  • Eine — a compact, furniture-like
    sauna for modern homes

A style easy to place, even in limited living space. A design that blends naturally into the living room.

As remote work and family time increase, this is a space to retreat, to spend a moment alone with yourself.

As a new tool for the bathing culture loved in Japan, it warms the body to the core, and enriches the time that restores both body and mind.

Its name, Eine — “one” in German — expresses our wish to create a special moment of oneness with yourself, in the midst of busy everyday life.

Designed to sit beautifully
in your living room

When not used as a sauna, the door can be stored inside the unit, allowing Eine to function as a bench sofa.
The body is made from solid ash wood, known for its beautiful grain and durability, giving it a natural presence that blends seamlessly into the living room as furniture.

A wide, horizontal shape that delivers steam
efficiently across the body

Unlike most sauna cabins, which require construction work and a 200V power supply, Eine operates with a standard household outlet.
This makes it easy to install even in rental homes.
Its wide horizontal shape circulates heat more efficiently, allowing the steam from löyly to feel stronger than the actual temperature.

Adjustable door and lighting to match
your space and mood

Customize your retreat to suit your mood.
Adjust the door opening, control the lighting, or shift the stove position.
Leave the door slightly open for a gentle warm-up, or close it to enjoy a full sauna experience with steam.

Installed by professionals.
Just plug into a household outlet

Delivery and assembly are handled by our professional staff, not by DIY.
The precise structure of Eine is carefully built to ensure both safety and beauty.
After setup, simply plug the stove into your household outlet — and enjoy your sauna from the very first day.

how to use

A simple way to enjoy the sauna at home.
With regular löyly (pouring water on the stove), steam fills the cabin and gives you a full sauna experience.

  • 1.Preheat the cabin for about 1 hour.
  • 2.Enjoy the heat from the stove. Add löyly every few minutes.
Create your own rhythm — unlike in public saunas, you can relax at your own pace.
Regular löyly keeps the steam circulating, giving you a deeper sauna feeling.

In sauna cultures like Finland and Estonia, it is common to stay longer at lower temperatures, gradually raising the body’s core heat to promote sweating.
This style is recommended even for those not used to daily sauna — offering a new way to enjoy bathing and relaxation.

  • 1.Preheat the cabin for about 40 minutes.
  • 2.First session
・Stay inside Eine for 15–20 minutes. Add löyly as you like to increase humidity and raise the perceived temperature.
・A heat-resistant fan can be used to move the air.
・Cool down: wipe your head, face, and body with a wet towel (frozen towels work well too), or lightly rinse with water. A fine mist shower head is ideal.
・Lie down and rest, letting your body cool slowly.
  • 3.Second session
・Stay inside Eine for another 15–20 minutes. Add löyly again to increase humidity and warmth.
・Cool down with a wet towel or light shower, as before.
・Lie down and take a slow rest.

  • Personal Use

    Tokyo | Ms. Y

I’ve always loved hot saunas and cold baths, but recently I’ve started to feel that going to a sauna after work on weekdays takes too much energy.
With Eine, I can warm my body to the core, almost like soaking in a hot bath.
It has become a new style of bathing for me.
Now, I can sit back at home, watch TV, and enjoy Eine — making my evenings more relaxing and fulfilling.

    Tokyo | Ms. T

We first introduced Eine as a trial, offering customers a new style of sauna experience.
The response has been very positive — many say it matches the interior beautifully and often tell us, “I want one at home!”
It warms the body deeply and brings a gentle sweat, which pairs perfectly with the massages we offer as part of our service.

  • Commercial Use

    Fukushima | Mr. O

We installed Eine in a renovated historic storehouse now used as an inn.
Its exterior color and wood texture blend naturally with the interior, and the indirect lighting adds a warm atmosphere. Even as a sofa, it fits seamlessly into the space.
Because the heat builds gradually, guests can stay inside longer — reading a book or gazing out the window while warming up.
Inside the storehouse, the air stays cool even in summer, so lying down on the tatami after the sauna feels wonderful.
It has allowed us to offer guests a completely new way of spending time here.

about

We design spaces that shape the way people live —
from urban planning to interior design.
Among this wide scope, sauna is one of the contents we approach with care and dedication.

From members-only private saunas, to compact home models,
to cost-efficient DIY assembly kits, our work takes many forms.

Yet every project is guided by the same vision:
to bring sauna naturally into everyday life through design.

Quietly, we continue to search for answers that stay close to people.
The question remains simple:
— What could sauna look like, within the lives of each person?
